We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with Safoner. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be new, undamaged, and unmodified to qualify for a return.
- Safoner does not cover the shipping costs for returns unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Returns of modified products are not accepted, as modifications void the warranty. Any modified product received will be returned at the owner's expense.
If you need to start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@safoner.com before returning any product, as the return address may differ from the address on the original package. We're happy to assist you!
Refund Processing
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes:
- The transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days).
- The time it takes us to process your return once received (3-5 business days).
- The time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.
Shipping
Safoner currently ships to most addresses within the continental United States. Please note the following restrictions:
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or the Virgin Islands at this time.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
- If free shipping applies to orders over a certain amount, the shipping fee is calculated after discounts are applied.
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

This RV electric tongue jack cover is exactly what I needed—tough, waterproof, and thoughtfully designed. The material feels heavy-duty, like a raincoat for your jack, and it’s handled wind, rain, and road grime without a hitch.
The bonus hooks for keeping the safety chains off the ground are a small touch that makes a big difference—no more rust or tangled mess. It fits snugly without being a fight to get on or off, and the drawstring cinches it down tight.
If you care about protecting your equipment and like when simple things are done right, this cover is a solid win.

The cover looked too big at first but it actually fits really well. Nicely designed with a tough woven fabric top section that fits snugly over the head unit and provides protection from sun and weather. The outer layer of the fabric is a rubbery smooth surface and the inner layer looks like woven material for strength. The seams look like they are stitched and bonded for waterproofing. The lower section ( not very visible in the photo) is more flexible and allows the drawstring to tighten up around the post without causing the top section to get all scrunched up. D rings are attached to both sides of the cover as hangers for safety chains, or can be used as tie downs while traveling. Very nice cover !

fit my power jack just fine. I like that it has metal rings for hanging the safety chains off of. It has two draw cord adjustments at the bottom to snug the cover up under the motor to keep it from falling off. Looks a lot better than the 5 gallon bucket I was using before.

This Safoner Heavy Duty Electric Tongue Jack Cover is a nice quality one. It is made of a nice durable waterproof material and is a smart item to help protect your electric tongue Jack from the elements. It fits my tongue Jack well and I like that it has the two D-clips to hang your safety chains from. Had to replace switch on my Jack prematurely due to sun and rainy weather so this cover is also a functional item to use.
