Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with Safoner. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note the following conditions:

• Items must be new, undamaged, and unmodified to qualify for a return.
• Safoner does not cover the shipping costs for returns unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
• Returns of modified products are not accepted, as modifications void the warranty. Any modified product received will be returned at the owner's expense.

If you need to start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@safoner.com before returning any product, as the return address may differ from the address on the original package. We're happy to assist you!

Refund Processing

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes:

• The transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days).
• The time it takes us to process your return once received (3-5 business days).
• The time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).

We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.

Shipping

Safoner currently ships to most addresses within the continental United States. Please note the following restrictions:

• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or the Virgin Islands at this time.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
• If free shipping applies to orders over a certain amount, the shipping fee is calculated after discounts are applied.

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
